The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products and services provided by the website https://www.sp-berner.com/tienda

Therefore, any use of the services provided by www.sp-berner.com by the user assumes that the user adheres to the conditions herein, which are set out and published by Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L. The user must read the General Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L. reserves the right to modify these conditions, articles and prices at any time. It will always, however, respect the contracts that have been previously made by the user.

PRICES

The prices are those indicated on the website https://www.sp-berner.com/tienda at the time the order is placed. The price indicated for each product includes VAT (Value Added Tax).

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Purchases may be made using a secure payment gateway for payment by credit card (1).

This is the most secure way to make purchases over the Internet. The credit card information is encrypted using a secure protocol (https) and is sent exclusively to the bank, which is responsible for validating the card.

The procedure is the same as for traditional retail POS terminals, with the same security, and the customer’s details are transmitted directly to the bank, which verifies them in real time and communicates them to the merchant and the customer immediately.

You may use Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be charged on a deferred basis, that is, at the time the shipment is prepared. This way, you will only be charged for the items sent and at the time the shipment is prepared. When you finalise your order, you will be redirected to the Redsys POS page so that you can enter your financial details quickly and securely. In the event that the POS informs you that the card has been refused, the order will change status to pending payment. Should there be no change in the order after a certain period of time, the order will automatically be cancelled. Payments with cards that do not comply with this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we suggest payment by bank transfer. For security reasons, Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L. reserves the right not to accept certain transactions made by credit card. In the event that the order is cancelled once it has been charged, the amount charged will be refunded to the original credit card that was used to make the charge.

The website https://www.sp-berner.com/tienda receives no data from the card being used. The information is transmitted to the bank that owns the payment gateway, in our case Banco Popular Español.

DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped exclusively by a courier company. Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the purchaser. This address may be different from the purchaser’s residence and delivered to any person indicated by the purchaser, and in all cases identification will be required upon delivery of the package.

Delivery will take approximately 2 to 3 days. In the event that any of the products are not available at the time of the order, Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L., will communicate the new estimated delivery time, or any incident that may have occurred in relation to the level of stock, by e-mail. shop@sp-berner.com or by telephone.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping. For shipments outside the peninsula and to the Balearic Islands, please ask for a quote and delivery time by e-mail to shop@sp-berner.com.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges due to defective products can be made within 15 working days of receipt of the order. Before doing so, an e-mail must be sent to shop@sp-berner.com. All shipping will be free.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 15 working days of receipt of the order. To do so, the buyer must send an e-mail to shop@sp-berner.com. In these cases, the customer will only be responsible for the shipping costs. All returns, for whatever reason, must be made in the original packaging.

When returning goods, the buyer may choose the transport company. Acknowledgement of receipt is recommended. The buyer will not be charged for returning defective products, provided that it is reported within 15 working days of having received the order.

SECURITY

All payment transactions are carried out through a secure server. Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L. and Diempi Online, S.L. guarantee security and confidentiality in all communications with the user.

All personal data provided by customers of Sp-Berner Plastic Group, S.L. are registered with the Data Protection Agency in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.

LEGALITY

All sales and purchases made through https://www.sp-berner.com/tienda are subject to current Spanish legislation. For any problem arising from this contract, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
