The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.

THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND PURPOSE

Sp-Berner Plastic Group , S.L. respects current legislation on personal data protection, the privacy of users and the secrecy and security of personal data. This is in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on data protection, specifically Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. Said legislation adopts the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

Specifically, we inform you that your personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are appropriate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the specific, explicit and legitimate scope and purposes for which they have been obtained.

When personal data is collected through the various data entry channels, the user will be informed in advance, clearly and explicitly, of the following points:

  • the identity and contact details of the personal data controller in charge of the obtained personal data for processing,

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Video surveillance
  • Customer and prospect management
  • Personnel selection
  • Facility access control
  • Surveys on products manufactured by the organisation
  • Web enquiries
  • Employee management

The data will be stored for the time period in accordance with the processing of such data, and as indicated in each case. However, they may be kept longer for historical or statistical filing purposes, unless you exercise your rights of objection and/or deletion.

The data is processed on the basis of the relationship:

  • Customer contract
  • The consent of the data subject

The identifying information will be transferred due to legal obligations to Organisations, State Security Forces and Bodies and Courts, where appropriate.

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament, you have the right:

  • to confirm whether we are processing your data.
  • to access your data, modify it if it is inaccurate or delete it especially if the processing is no longer necessary.
  • to request the restriction of processing, in certain cases.
  • to object, in certain cases, to our processing of your data and we will stop processing it unless there exist compelling legitimate reasons for its processing.
  • to exercise, in certain cases, your right to data portability, which will be provided in a structured, commonly used or machine-readable format to you or the new controller you designate.
  • to revoke your consent.

You are hereby informed that you may exercise your rights of access, portability, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition at any time.
