{"id":39222,"date":"2026-07-31T07:49:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T07:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sp-berner.com\/?p=39222"},"modified":"2026-07-31T07:59:19","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T07:59:19","slug":"sp-berner-strengthens-industrial-leadership-turnover-150-million-euros-launch-industry-4-0-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sp-berner.com\/en\/post\/sp-berner-strengthens-industrial-leadership-turnover-150-million-euros-launch-industry-4-0-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Sp-Berner strengthens its industrial leadership with a turnover of 150 million euros and the launch of its Industry 4.0 project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company consolidated its growth in 2025 with a strategy based on efficiency, production capacity, sustainability and long-term industrial investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, Sp-Berner exceeded \u20ac150 million in turnover and launched one of the most significant projects of its next phase in Aldaia: the new Industry 4.0 complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than just a positive end to the financial year, these figures reflected the company\u2019s ability to deliver, its industrial investment and a clear roadmap for continued growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Against a backdrop in which customers increasingly value stability, traceability and responsiveness, the results for 2025 confirmed the strength of Sp-Berner\u2019s business model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company exceeded \u20ac150 million in turnover, driven by improved efficiency, portfolio optimisation and cost control as set out in its strategic plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This figure is significant in its own right, but above all because it reflects a solid, competitive industrial base that is well-equipped to meet market demands.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>An industrial structure geared towards competition<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sp-Berner\u2019s market position is down to a combination of experience, specialisation and production capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With over 60 years\u2019 experience, a presence in more than 55 countries, three production plants in Valencia, two logistics centres, a total floor area of 350,000 m\u00b2 and more than 120 injection moulding machines, Sp-Berner has an infrastructure capable of handling projects of varying complexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Added to this is an integrated structure, ranging from product development and mould manufacturing to the processing of recycled materials at the group\u2019s own plant. This integration provides greater process control, improved traceability and a more agile response.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Leadership in strategic categories<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strength of the model is also reflected in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During 2025, Sp-Berner consolidated its position in Spain by surpassing all other manufacturers in market share within the Cleaning and Household Goods categories, and by achieving a 20 per cent share by value in recycled plastic outdoor furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are significant figures in categories where the market demands a balance between price, quality, service, design, innovation and supply capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, international business accounted for 21 per cent of global sales, reinforcing the company\u2019s internationalisation process.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Industry 4.0: investment to boost capacity, precision and competitiveness<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The financial year also saw another significant development: the launch of the new Industry 4.0 complex in Aldaia, a project involving an investment of 100 million euros over the next four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency, precision and competitiveness of Sp-Berner\u2019s industrial model. Its key areas include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plant specialisation to improve efficiency and competitiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The expansion of the Dentales plant, which will double its capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The integration of digital solutions, real-time data capture, advanced traceability and collaborative automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The development of a next-generation mould workshop featuring robotic cells, automated handling systems and real-time technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the client, this project aims to deliver greater capacity, greater control over the process and continuous improvement in industry standards.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Sustainability embedded in the business model<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sustainability is an integral part of Sp-Berner\u2019s industrial model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, this integration was underpinned by concrete achievements: ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems; a photovoltaic installation covering more than 50,000 m\u00b2 that generates 6,000 MW and ensures that around 60 per cent of the electricity used comes from renewable sources, and a recycling plant in Torrente covering more than 72,000 m\u00b2, where around 20,000 tonnes of post-consumer plastic are processed annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Added to this is the UNE-EN 15343 standard, which enables the origin and traceability of products to be certified and ensures that recovered material is reintegrated into the production cycle under safety and compliance controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For our customers, this means working with a partner that can provide traceability, supply stability and industrial capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Leadership, people and vision for the future<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This growth was also underpinned by the organisation and its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past year, the company has continued to drive initiatives such as #MOVIMIENTOSP and the #T-CUIDAMOS programme, alongside continuous learning and talent development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because industrial progress depends not only on technology, but also on teams equipped to manage complex processes and continue to improve.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>A clear message for customers and the market<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results for 2025 and the launch of the Industry 4.0 project reinforced a clear idea: Sp-Berner continued to grow through scale, investment and sound industrial judgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For our clients, this means the ability to support long-term projects, develop bespoke solutions and respond more effectively in an increasingly demanding environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, industrial strength is also measured by the ability to anticipate trends and turn investment into value for the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sp-Berner ended 2025 by strengthening three key attributes for any industrial partner: reliability, execution capability and long-term vision.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Results, category leadership, investment in Industry 4.0, a 360\u00b0 circular economy and talent development have shaped <strong>a company that is ready to compete and continue to grow.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company consolidated its growth in 2025 with a strategy based on efficiency, production capacity, sustainability and long-term industrial investment.
